Hospitality as a business involves using real estate to provide services to leisure and business travelers. That’s pretty straight forward. As real estate investors, any time there’s real estate producing cash flow, we’re interested. And when you do the math based on nightly cash flows, the numbers look pretty good! But this type of real estate investing is very different than your run-of-the-mill rental home, so to avoid ending up with a heartbreak hotel, it's wise to do some homework before investing.
